The holiday season at Disneyland took a violent turn on December 30, 2025. A festive day for families ended in bloodshed inside the Indiana Jones Adventure queue. A father from Washington became the victim of a brutal assault. He had simply asked a group of guests to stop cutting the line. This incident has sparked intense debate over “Disney Rage” during peak park seasons.
The Attack Inside the Temple
The altercation occurred around 12:45 PM inside the Indiana Jones attraction. A group of six people pushed through the crowd. They falsely claimed they were joining a party ahead. The situation escalated instantly when the victim told the group that line-cutting was not allowed.
A man in the group blindsided the father with a “sucker punch.” Witnesses describe a harrowing scene. The suspect beat the victim for nearly a minute while he was on the ground. Despite the violence, the father chose not to fight back. His wife later explained his restraint on social media. He did not want Disney to “blacklist” his family or end their vacation early.

Aftermath and Investigation
The assault traumatized many guests waiting in the queue. Disney Cast Members briefly closed the attraction to scrub blood from the floor. First aid teams treated the victim for a large gash on his forehead and severe bruising. He later received four stitches at a local hospital.
The suspect fled the park before security could intercept him. However, the Anaheim Police Department is actively investigating the case. The victim’s teenage daughter captured the attack on video. This footage provides authorities with clear images of the suspect. Disney gave the family new clothes and Lightning Lane passes, but the emotional scars remain.
