The 2025 Jollywood Nights Menu Items Confirmed
Walt Disney World has released the massive, full menu for the 2025 Disney Jollywood Nights holiday after-hours party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The extensive lineup features 82 exclusive food and beverage items, including more than 35 brand new creations, confirming that the culinary offerings are just as much of a draw as the entertainment. Guests attending the sold-out November and December events will find an impressive variety of savory plates, holiday twists on classic cocktails, and whimsical desserts across multiple locations. The 2025 Jollywood Nights Menu is officially Disney’s most ambitious holiday slate yet.
Exciting New Dishes and Global Flavors
Several dining locations are joining the party lineup this year, including Backlot Express, Tune-In Lounge, and KRNR The Rock Station, adding considerable depth to the offerings. One of the biggest new draws is at ABC Commissary, which features international street food flavors, including a rich Birria Taco with shredded beef and Monterey Jack cheese, served with beef consommé for dipping. For those seeking plant-based options, the location also offers a Cauliflower Taco and an updated Loaded Samosas dish at Dockside Diner.
Backlot Express is stepping up its game with items like the Hickory Holiday Mac, featuring macaroni and cheese topped with burnt ends, and the Jolly Jam Slider, an Angus burger featuring bourbon-garlic-bacon jam. The menu’s theme leans heavily on unique, savory twists, which also include a Holiday Turkey Popover at Fairfax Fare, stuffing roasted turkey and mashed potatoes into a warm popover roll for an entire holiday dinner in one handheld snack.
Muppet Treats and Seasonal Cocktails
Sweet treats and fun novelties are also highlights of the 2025 event. At Hollywood Scoops, the party introduces Muppet-themed sundaes, available in souvenir cups: the Kermit Mint Whirl and the Miss Piggy Strawberry Glam. These unique ice cream desserts blend boba pearls, cheesecake, and specialty ice creams. Epic Eats is serving up a S’mores Funnel Cake, while the fan-favorite Christmas Gertie Cookie also makes its return to Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction.
Guests 21 and older will find a wide range of festive libations, with plenty of new entries. ABC Commissary alone is pouring new Chicha Morada options and an Oaxaca Old Fashioned. Meanwhile, Backlot Express offers a new Figgy Pudding Martini. Dockside Diner is serving a Stroopwafel Bourbon Coffee, and the Tune-In Lounge, which is also joining the event this year, features a boozy Sugar Cookie Martini. The immense size of the menu ensures that every night of Jollywood will be a delicious exploration for any guest attending the highly anticipated holiday celebration.
