For coffee lovers, a new upgrade at Disney Springs is a game-changer. The Starbucks at the West Side has reopened after a lengthy refurbishment, and with it comes a brand-new, dedicated mobile order pickup counter. This new feature allows guests to bypass the line, grab their drinks with ease, and get back to their day of shopping and entertainment.
The extensive renovation, which began in March, has completely redesigned the store’s interior to improve guest flow. The highlight of this refurbishment is the new pickup counter, which also includes a convenient order status display board, making the mobile ordering process more streamlined and efficient than ever before.
While this new counter is a significant upgrade, it’s worth noting that mobile ordering is not a completely new feature at Disney Springs. The service has been available for a number of years, both at the West Side location and the Marketplace walk-up window near the Lego Store, providing guests with a quicker way to get their favorite beverages.
This is especially notable as mobile ordering is not available at any of the Starbucks locations inside the theme parks. At Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Starbucks continues to operate as a traditional in-person service only. That means Disney Springs is currently the only place on property where fans can take advantage of mobile ordering for their caffeine fix.
This update reflects Disney Springs’ ongoing effort to expand guest options and enhance convenience. For many visitors, the ability to bypass a long line and grab a drink quickly adds just a little extra magic to their day.
