The 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays is in full swing, running from November 28 through December 30. One of the most highly anticipated returns is Figment, back in his holiday best. For the very first time, the walk-around Figment character is hosting a dedicated meet-and-greet in his festive winter attire. Fans of the charismatic dragon are lining up to snap a photo with this classic character in his new holiday look.
Where and When to Find the Festive Dragon
If you want to experience the magic of imagination with Figment, you will find him at the Imagination Pavilion. Specifically, he is greeting guests in the ImageWorks area, located near the exit of the Journey Into Imagination with Figment attraction. Guests can typically find him meeting throughout the day from 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM. However, it is always a good idea to check the My Disney Experience app for the most accurate and up-to-date timing.
The Great Sweater Swap of 2025
The reason this particular meet-and-greet is generating so much buzz comes down to a tiny, yet significant, detail. For years, the small animatronic Figment inside the Journey Into Imagination attraction has delighted guests by sporting a seasonal blue sweater. That ride version of the sweater features the iconic, vintage logo of the Imagination Pavilion, which fans have adored for its nostalgia.
A New Look for the Holidays
The walk-around Figment’s sweater, however, is generating its own unique conversation. The version worn for the meet-and-greet is a different, more generalized holiday design. Notably, it is missing the beloved vintage EPCOT logo that the animatronic version wears. This marks a new, distinct look for the purple and orange dragon, giving dedicated fans a reason to see both versions during their visit to the park.
