A new Hallmark pop-up shop opens Wednesday, October 7, at Disney Springs for a limited time. The shop celebrates the first Hallmark Christmas movie ever filmed at Walt Disney World, which premieres next month.
Guests will find the pop-up in Town Center, in the former Francesca’s storefront near Frontera Cocina. It will carry the movie’s 38-piece collection, which includes apparel, accessories, home and kitchen items, ornaments, and cards. Shoppers can also browse Hallmark greeting cards, collectible ornaments, and Disney gifts, and the collection is already available on Hallmark.com.
Hallmark’s First Disney World Movie
As we previously reported, Hallmark and Walt Disney World teamed up on their first original movie together. Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True premieres Saturday, November 28, at 8/7c on Hallmark Channel. It will stream on Hallmark+ the next day, and Hallmark called it “the most magical holiday movie of the season.” Hallmark released the trailer in August, giving fans a first look at the film, as you can see below:
In the movie, Lacey Chabert plays Lindsey, who brings her extended family to Disney World for Christmas. Her dream trip gets complicated when she discovers her room is next door to Philip, played by Travis Van Winkle. The two recently had a disastrous first date, and he’s also there on a family trip. As their paths keep crossing, a wish Lindsey makes at Cinderella Fountain just might turn their rivalry into romance.
Disney Favorites Join the Cast
Richard Kind plays Alan and Christy Carlson Romano plays Nicole, with Bryce Durfee as Sam and Taegen Burns as Kiera. Asher Alexander also joins the cast, and Patrick Renna makes a cameo appearance. Disney fans will recognize Romano, who starred as Ren Stevens on Disney Channel’s Even Stevens and voiced Kim Possible.
Filming took place at Walt Disney World during the 2025 holiday season, with production starting in December. Chabert stayed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge for about a month while working on the movie. The movie is part of Hallmark Channel’s 17th annual Countdown to Christmas, landing on Thanksgiving weekend when holiday viewership peaks.
A Partnership Decades in the Making
The partnership between Hallmark and Disney goes back to a friendship between Hallmark founder J.C. Hall and Walt Disney. That shared Kansas City connection led to Hallmark’s first licensed Disney products, including the first greeting card featuring Mickey Mouse. Now, that relationship has moved from greeting cards to the TV screen.
