The D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is officially returning to Anaheim from August 14 to 16, 2026. This massive biennial convention will span across the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center. Fans can expect three days of exclusive sneak peeks, celebrity appearances, and huge park announcements. The dual-venue setup allows for a larger show floor during the day and marquee showcases in the evenings. It is the single most important weekend of the year for the Disney community.
Ticket Prices and New Options
Disney introduced several ticket tiers this year to accommodate different budgets. The D23 Fan Pass provides access to the Anaheim Convention Center starting at $99 for a one-day pass. For those looking for a cheaper entry, a new Afternoon Only ticket is available for just $49. The D23 Ultimate Fan Pass includes both the convention center and evening shows at the Honda Center, starting at $297 for all three days.
Exclusive Sale Dates for Gold Members
Tickets will be available exclusively to D23 Gold Members in a tiered rollout starting next week. Gold Charter Members get the first crack at tickets on Tuesday, March 31, at 10 a.m. PT. On Thursday, April 2, priority access opens for Gold Members on Essential, Choice, and Complete plans. All other Gold Members, including those with a free plan through Disney+ Perks, can join the virtual queue at noon that same day.
Marquee Showcases at the Honda Center
The Honda Center will host the weekend’s biggest presentations each evening at 7:00 p.m. Friday kicks off with the Disney Entertainment Showcase, focusing on movies and streaming. Saturday features the highly anticipated Disney Experiences Showcase, where new theme park projects are typically unveiled. Finally, the weekend concludes on Sunday afternoon with the Disney Legends Award Ceremony hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
Celebrating the 2026 Disney Legends
The 2026 class of Disney Legends features a star-studded lineup of eleven honorees. This year’s recipients include Dwayne Johnson, Anne Hathaway, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and the Jonas Brothers. Former CEO Bob Iger and animator Eric Goldberg are also being honored for their significant contributions. These icons will be celebrated for their lasting impact on the company’s legacy during the final day of the event.
A Week of Disney Magic
The celebration extends beyond the convention walls with a full week of city-wide events. Thursday, August 13, is officially D23 Day at the Disneyland Resort. Guests can enjoy a special cavalcade and receive complimentary Mickey Mouse ear hats while supplies last. Other events include a D23 night at Angel Stadium on August 12 and a special Archives exhibition opening at the Muzeo Museum on August 8.
