Winnie the Pooh Easter Popcorn Bucket

Disney officially revealed its newest seasonal novelty: the Interactive Winnie the Pooh Easter Popcorn Bucket. This collectible features a unique “pop-up” mechanism that brings the Hundred Acre Wood to life. The bucket officially launches at the Disneyland Resort this Wednesday, March 11, 2026. It is also confirmed as “coming soon” to Walt Disney World and select Disney Cruise Line ships. Fans have waited for this specific release since it was first teased last year.

Design and Interactive Features

The bucket shows Winnie the Pooh sitting on a patch of green grass with spring flowers. Pooh wears a festive purple shirt and a white bunny ear headband. A large, decorated Easter egg sits directly in front of him. When you press down on the egg, Piglet pops out of the top for a surprise. You can easily press Piglet back down to reset the interactive mechanism. The bucket also includes a detachable lanyard featuring a colorful spring egg hunt pattern.

Purchase Limits and Pricing

Disney is implementing a strict limit of two buckets per person for this release. These purchase limits help manage the high demand typical for interactive Disney novelties. While Disney has not released an official price, similar interactive buckets recently sold for around $28.00. This is slightly higher than the price of a standard seasonal popcorn bucket. The added cost reflects the complex mechanical parts and the unique character molds. You should expect long lines at popcorn carts when this item finally debuts.

Why the Timing Matters

This release fills a major gap in the 2026 Easter season at Walt Disney World. Ongoing lobby construction at the Grand Floridian Resort may delay the popular Grand Cottage treat stand. This makes the new Pooh bucket the primary Easter-themed offering for many visitors. With Easter Sunday falling early on April 5, the spring merchandise window is very short. Collectors are already planning their park visits to ensure they snag this item before it sells out. It remains one of the most anticipated souvenirs of the spring season.

Where to Find It

Disneyland guests can find the bucket at various popcorn carts throughout the park starting March 11. At Walt Disney World, it will likely appear at EPCOT during the International Flower & Garden Festival. You should check the My Disney Experience app for mobile order availability at select locations. These seasonal items often sell out within the first few days of their release. Make sure to follow Disney Dorks for the exact launch date in Florida. We will provide updates as soon as the bucket arrives on the East Coast.
